Looking for a spare tire conversion mount

Just bought JL wheels for my JK, I bought conversion wheel spacers to turn my JK lug nuts into JL lug nuts. Only problem I’m having now is there is no one making spare tire conversion kits to do the same thing, so now I need two sockets 19mm and 22mm for future tire rotations. Are there any machinists out there who can weld one together, obviously willing to pay for your time.
