Skilled Construction Laborer Needed for Successful Flathead Valley Construction Company Seeking an experienced and responsible construction laborer to join our honest and reputable construction company. Help build truly custom homes by completing a wide variety of tasks on a variety of projects. Job Responsibilities • Work independently and well with others. • Maintain a positive attitude and our company values. • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of construction debris and waste materials including dump runs. • Haul trailers- enclosed job trailers, dump trailers flatbed trailer with equipment. • Regular communication with Site Super and PM • Use technology to document projects with photos- text and email regularly. • Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management. • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management. • Landscaping, painting, cleaning, minor framing, minor siding, minor trim, minor roofing, and demolition. • Shovel materials to and from construction areas, including asphalt and dirt. • Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site daily. • Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment. Required: • Valid driver’s license • Clean driving record • One or more years of experience in construction • Ability to lift 80lbs+ regularly • Eye for detail • Manage time, labor, materials and equipment to limit costs. • Must have personal vehicle to transport to and from work sites. • High school diploma or equivalent • Drug free Please send resume with references as a response to this listing.
