Come join the biggest and best music school in the world! School of Rock Dublin are on the lookout for drums instructors. Our program encourages students of all ages to learn how to play their instrument with confidence so they can play real rock concerts in and around Columbus! Applicants must be able to: Teach students the fundamentals of music Teach to a high level of their main instrument Be comfortable teaching private and group lessons Communicate regularly with parents on progress of students after lessons. Interact with parents and students regularly by being visible and accessible in the school. Sub lessons when other teachers can’t make it. Be able to teach via our online platform. Responsible for the overall execution of the School of Rock program from rehearsals and concerts to the music lessons provided at the school. Skill Requirements: Preferably 2 + years’ experience teaching and/or performing music professionally Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design Excellent ability to deal well with a wide range of customers and other people Strong organizational skills Very strong customer relations skills Resourceful and good problem-solver Works well under pressure Ideal candidate is a former working musician who also has formal music school training, Multi-instrumentalist is a plus Enthusiastic, Flexible, patient, and positive demeanor Good judgment a must Please get in touch via Indeed, or call the school directly.
