Maintenance Position With Banker's Hours

We have an immediate opening for a full time general rental maintenance position, from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with weekends off, in Springfield, Missouri. Hourly salary is negotiable, according to your skills and experience. We pay weekly, with all appropriate taxes withheld. W-2's are issued at years end. Daily duties will include helping us prepare vacant units through the rental process, as well as servicing occupied units. We furnish all the supplies needed. This is not a Contract Labor position, but is instead full time, year round employment. We need help with daily general maintenance as well as remodeling units as needed. We are hoping to find a team member with a strong skill set to compliment the rest of our remodeling team. Skills we are looking for include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs. This is year round work. We offer five paid holidays a year, and one week paid vacation after one year on the job. You will need your own licensed and insured pickup truck, a valid driver license, and a clean criminal background.
