We are seeking an eCommerce Fulfilment Specialist who can focus on the development and expansion of our web presence through multi-channel product distribution. This person will work independently, albeit with support from our Retail, Marketing, and Inventory teams. An eCommerce Fulfilment Specialist will have the following traits: - Strong drive for sales and performance management - Self-starting with minimal direction - Someone who is both task-oriented and people-oriented - Comfortable working face-to-face with clients - Content to work independently for extended stretches of time - Enjoys a dynamic work environment in which every day will vary - Be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively - Possession of a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record - Passing of a pre-employment drug screen Duties include: 1. Meet/exceed company standards for Core Values 2. Oversee online retail sales a. Update product offerings, inventory, & pricing in our online retail store b. Additionally, utilize any available avenue to sell select product on the internet (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.) c. Work with marketing team to drive website traffic 3. Product fulfillment a. Deliver product in company-provided vehicle to clients’ homes as part of TimeSaver program b. Coordinate routes based on geographic location c. Comfortable loading/unloading product from work truck d. Create sales orders to relieve inventory in Point-of-Sale system e. Aid in hot tub deliveries 4. Assist in retail store as needed a. Provide water care expertise and consult clients on purchases b. Answer and direct phone calls c. Help stock & clean store d. Work on in-house repairs of products sold in store e. Manage warehouse as needed-comfortable with forklift This is a full-time position (40+ hours) with a complete benefits package. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Short-term Disability, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401K Plan with company match. $1,000 Sign on Bonus to be paid out as $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year of continued employment.
