I’m rehoming my 2 year old German shepherd. She is AKC registered, fixed, all shots are up to date, house trained, crate trained, she has good obedience training but is a very energetic dog. So getting her to listen when she’s wound up can be a challenge. She is still young though and this will improve with time and more training. The reason I am giving her up is “dog aggression”. She is great with people but not other dogs. I would not recommend her for a family with small children. She wouldn’t harm them, but is more than they could handle. I WILL NOT GIVE HER TO ANYONE WITH ANOTHER DOG! I also will not give her to anyone living in an apartment. Whoever takes her, I will bring her to you. I will teach you her commands and show you the best ways to handle her. I want to do this so I’m sure she’s going to a good home. Also to make it easier for you to enjoy her company. She is a great dog, with a great personality. It’s not easy for me to give her up. But since there is another dog in my house, it’s become a unworkable situation.
