Remove boat vinyl wrap and detail

I have a 23ft boat that was wrapped a couple years ago. I want the wrap removed for this boating season and then I want the inside and outside washed and waxed. I also have some residual algae that is on the bottom of the boat and out drive that I would like removed. The wrap isn't on the entire boat. Maybe only about 50% of the boat. A picture showing the before and after is attached to this ad. Please reply with your experience in working on and cleaning boats and a quote to get this done.
