Found two dogs

Description

Found two dogs walking on the La Palma East exit off of the 5 freeway. Near La Palma and Brookhurst and John Marshall school/park. Both dogs are small. One is black and looks like a rat. The other one is white and is cute. They both are friendly. Found them yesterday afternoon, February 10th.
