Full time janitor/light maintenance at apartment housing property in Schenectady, NY Must have reliable transportation and availability to rotate on call for emergencies. General duties include daily grounds pick up, cleaning of office and common areas, assist with apartment turnovers, light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, painting, light plumbing, etc. Snow removal as needed. This position is Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.
