We are not your typical roofing company! We don’t do any shingles or hot tar roofing. Instead, we take pride in spray applying commercial roof coatings. We are looking to add to our team and want train the right person on how to do our kind of work. We need someone with leadership skills who likes working outside with equipment, doesn’t mind heights, heat, or working hard to succeed. You will excel at this job if you are quick to learn new tasks, organized, great at problem solving, dedicated to working safely, and excited to work in a team-centered environment. We offer great pay all year around with seasonal programs in the winter. Job Requirements: -Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills -Experience with: roof coatings, painting,and/or construction a plus, not required -Open to leading a crew -A valid state driver's license (in good standing) -Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet -Able to work within a team environment -18 years of age or older -Able to work Saturday when needed -Authorized to work in the United States -High school diploma or GED -Pass pre-employment drug test We only use the best materials in the industry, and our highest priorities are the satisfaction of our customers and the well being of our employees.
