Installation/Construction Crew Employees California Blow Pipe Company designs, manufactures, installs and services pneumatic paper waste collection systems for companies in the commercial printing, folding carton, corrugated box, envelope, direct mail, package printing, board converting and document destruction industries. Installation/Construction Crew personnel are responsible for the construction and installation of paper waste collection systems at customer sites. Includes running metal spiral ductwork, building mezzanines, cyclones and dust filtering equipment, setting blowers, shredders, and other components necessary to this industry. Qualifications: • Must be a resident of the US and possess a valid driver’s license • Have a willingness to travel continually nationwide • Work out-of-town for extended lengths of time(2-3 months) • Must possess a high school diploma or be able to show an equivalent • Be able to meet the minimum tool requirement (requirements will be supplied to individuals) • A minimum of 1-year experience in the sheet metal trade is preferred • Stick-Welding experience in light and heavy gauge material is a plus Safety conscious applicants must be able to: • Operate and work around industrial lift equipment such as fork lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other types of aerial work platforms/personnel lifts (AWP’s) • Have “equipment rigging” knowledge & experience • No fear of heights Paid benefits offered after successfully completing probationary period (see below) Pay Range: $18 and up and is commensurate with experience and ability (1 ½ x’s pay for hours over 40) Travel accommodations include: • Paid hotel rooms • Paid transportation • Daily per diem California Blow Pipe Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug Free Employer and offers the following competitive Benefit package after completing a probationary period: • Health, Rx, Dental (60% company paid), Vision Coverage • Paid Holidays • Vacation • Funeral Leave
