Prominent Real Estate Company is looking for 3 experienced carpenters to work with our stellar construction team to convert a landmark hotel into a beautiful multi-family residential building. Join our dedicated team on this exciting project located by Downtown Knoxville! Cabinet Position Requirements: • Ability to work independently and complete assigned installations in a timely manner. • Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a professional manner. • Heavy lifting of countertops on a daily basis is required. • Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm. Must be available to work overtime and some weekends to meet company needs to ensure installations are completed as scheduled. Required Qualifications • Ability to work with power/hand tools and troubleshoot when necessary • Minimum of three years of experience in finish carpentry. • Work experience must include installation of both laminate and solid surface countertops. • Work experience must include installation of cabinets. • Clean driving record and Tennessee Driver’s License. The position requires travel to site on a daily basis. • High School diploma or equivalent.
