Part-Time Maintenance/Groundskeeper - Harrisburg, PA Job Summary: A skilled maintenance technician/groundskeeper is needed to service and maintain property grounds and apartment units. The position requires 40 hours per week. Competitive pay, paid time off, and benefits are offered. Qualifications Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED; additional technical training is a plus. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry 2 years related experience in apartment complex upkeep and maintenance Ability to prioritize and work effectively with others and in a self-directed manner Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Duties: Installs, adjusts, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on apartment buildings and units Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality Must be on call to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs when needed · Basic landscaping and lawncare/grounds maintenance · Stock, organize, order, and maintain maintenance supplies · Troubleshooting basic problems and implement quick and effective repairs · Report to the Regional Maintenance Technician with any discrepancies, major problems, or purchases. ·Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests- Work Orders are expected to be completed in a timely efficient manner. ·Sidewalk snow removal and salting Please submit resumes via email.
