Montgomery & Washington Inc is looking for a runner and a project manager assistant to help with the remodeling and renovations of many homes in the hudson county area. We require someone with a car and some understanding of renovation work. The responsibilities include: Overseeing work of contractors. Making runs to hardware stores. Taking progress pictures of properties. Coordinating and scheduling contractors and in house workers. Ensuring seamless completion of all construction projects. Receiving quotes from contractors. 5-7 projects a month. We require someone with a vehicle and a clean license for the position. Must be able to plan work days accordingly base on locations of properties. Must live in Hudson County area. Must have a License and reliable means of transportation. Must have some construction experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Work Location: On the road
