PDQ Restoration of Boonton, NJ is looking for energetic, responsible individuals who are willing to learn and want to grow in a fast paced environment. No prior restoration experience is necessary for the right person - we will train! Requirements: IICRC certification preferred, but not required Basic mastery of power tools for demolition purposes Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and work in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces) Most of our work is performed between our operating hours of 8AM to 5PM, but this position will require occasional overtime, weekend, holiday work and the ability to participate in a rotating on call after hour schedule Must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills Valid driver's license, your own reliable transportation to get to work and a clean driving record to operate our vehicles is necessary Must be able to pass a background check We offer: Hourly competitive rates ($18-$24 depending on experience) Medical benefits 401K and profit sharing Paid holidays/sick time
