Hi we are a Real Estate investment company in South Florida and North Carolina, we are looking for runners, couriers, AKA Boots on the Ground that can assist us in running errands & miscellaneous tasks. Some examples of the tasks are: -Take pictures of properties -Record videos of properties -Conduct group showings of properties to buyers (do not need to be a realtor to do this ) -Pick up contracts from our home sellers - Pick up and deliver property keys -Install lockbox on properties Requirements: -FLORIDA: NEED to Live in/around Brevard County(Melbourne-Palm Bay), Miami Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Duval County or at least be ok driving there. --NORTH CAROLINA: NEED to Live in/around Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, or at least be ok driving there -NEED to have car -Presentable -Professionalism -Reliability -Promptness -Be able to take decent pictures and videos -Spanish is a plus -Having a wide availability is a plus, although we can work around your schedule. THIS IS A GIG, NOT A FULL TIME JOB. This is a very informal job and it doesn’t require a realtor license. The desired candidate must be someone who can follow instructions, be responsible, and punctual. Compensation: W-9 -> 1099 Weekly, Bi-weekly Each job takes 15-60 minutes.
