Come join our team as a Jewelry Production Assistant at our small-business. Your role will be to assist in jewelry assembly and e-commerce website management. We specialize in pearl and shell jewelry. We drill and attach pearls to pre-fabricated findings. Most of our orders are wholesale, so the work of attaching pearls and quality checking jewelry can be very repetitive. We are expanding into ecommerce and need someone who can assemble jewelry, as well as help with listing items online and managing the order fulfillment process. The right candidate will be good with their hands, detail oriented, and computer literate. As a full-time employee, benefits include top of the line health insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Occasionally, we exhibit at tradeshows locally and nationally. We need someone who is flexible to accommodate these tradeshow schedules. We offer paid training at $15/hour. Training lasts anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the person. Long term compensation is negotiable and based off of performance during training.
