A mother in Chelsea is looking for a live-in nanny for her 4 y.o. daughter. You will live in a townhouse with the mother and child, but have your own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.   
 Requirements Include: * Preferably Mandarin, Italian or Spanish speaking, but all applicants are welcome. * Should be organized, tidy and disciplined, good at keeping structures and routines, but at the same time flexible and fun-loving. * Able to travel within the US and internationally. * Along with keeping the child’s routines (bathing, eating, diapers, and sleeping) you will mainly be playing and interacting with the child. * You will cook healthy meals for the child to the mother’s specifications.   * CPR certified, or willing to take the class. * Ability to use Google Calendar or willingness to learn. * Non-smoker. 
 Duties/Responsibilities would Include: * Full child care (feeding, bathing, dressing, cooking etc.) * Bringing and picking up child from school. (School is 3 blocks away) * Taking child to park, school, classes, and museums. * Light housekeeping and laundry related to care of the child, in collaboration with our housekeeper. * Engage child in fun, creative, and educational age appropriate activities. Qualities we are looking for: * Patient and nurturing. * Has lots of energy, playful, engaging, and creative, with a genuine love of children. * Self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive. * A good communicator. * A team player, will work with a personal assistant and housekeeper. * Excellent skills in planning/organizing.
