Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic self-motivated individual that is looking to be a part of an exciting industry! This person will be responsible for supervising the night shift functions of the warehouse. You will be responsible in managing proper order picking for the next day and proper loading and unloading of retail trucks. The person in this role will oversee 10-12 associates in collaboration with the Shift Manager. Working together with the night shift employees, and ensuring that safety and productivity are kept to the highest regard. Shift: The shift starts at 9:00 PM until loading is completed. End time is typically 6:00 AM. Job Responsibilities: Daily Directing work flow of order selectors. Administering proper use of voice-pick application. Supervising associates in loading procedures, ensuring that all product is shipped accurately. Communicate and implement safety procedures, service, and productivity statistics to associates. Account for all bulk orders as well as liquor orders and ensure that they are loaded properly. Monitor and record all shift breakage and report to Inventory Manager. Weekly Assist and plan equipment of operations for the upcoming week. Ensure that accident/injury reports are filed promptly and accurately. General Maintain and upkeep the warehouse. Supervise and direct the activities of drivers arriving or leaving in the warehouse. Responsible for recording equipment defects on DECR. Continuous working knowledge of OSHA regulations and company SOP’s. Other duties as assigned by the Manager. Why Join Us? We offer excellent pay and benefits! Experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Experience Experience with creating proposal spreadsheets, tracking work on spreadsheets, and comparing alternative outcomes on spreadsheets. Ability to communicate effectively across all funnels in the warehouse. Experience using computer software (i.g. Google, Microsoft office suite, or another beverage software). Experience with VIP software a plus! Ability to do physical/manual labor. Must be flexible to work for extended hour and able to cover all shifts (if needed). Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred. Experience with inventory management.
