We are looking to hire per diem/on-call Front of house staff to fulfill our client staffing requests for some renowned locations in the NYC area for the upcoming busy season. Perfect situation for Artists, Performers, Students and those that have other jobs but looking to supplement their incomes at their leisure. We will work with you and YOUR availability! All Front of House positions will be responsible for delivering food and/or beverages to customers, greeting customers promptly and in a friendly manner, taking orders and continuing with follow-up items to improve the meal while ensuring that the service is completed in accordance with health code regulations. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality/ customer service experience, however, if you feel you are friendly, have an enthusiastic personality, professional appearance and a positive demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage with our clients and fellow associates, you are what we are looking for! This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds. REQUIREMENTS: · Hospitality or customer service experience · Dependable/ reliable · Enjoys working with people · Must have regular computer access · Maintain a positive attitude · Keep a clean and polished appearance · Adaptable/flexible · Detail-oriented · Standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day · Ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds. · Valid TIPS/ Serve Safe Certified is plus Equal opportunity employer.
