General maintenance for a large property - PRIVATE HOME - in Rio Vista. This is a large waterfront property with a large home and other buildings. The maintenance team takes care of everything outside including power washing, leaf blowing, cleaning outdoor furniture, cleaning the dock/seawall and boat, touch-up paint, simple sprinkler repairs, change outdoor lightbulbs, and anything else that needs to be done to keep the property up to standards. A landscape company, pool cleaner and car detailer come once a week. The maintenance team takes care of those areas for daily upkeep. Some handyman skills to help with small repairs. Uniforms provided. This is an excellent opportunity - PART-TIME or FULL-TIME. REQUIREMENTS: - US legal work status - Excellent English (Spanish is helpful) - COVID vaccine and booster shots - Non-smoker - Direct or similar experience in a private home, luxury resort or former YACHT crew - Active and high energy, with a reserved manner and keeping professional boundaries - Professional appearance and demeanor - Clean driver license - Pre-employment drug test and background check Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance benefits, paid time off, and a 401K account.
