Cat found injured and then it died

This just happened it was horrible. I was driving down SE Clackamas Road in Milwaukie and saw an injured cat the road. It must have been hit by a car. It was still moving. Me and another kind soul moved it to the grass. I called the emergency animal services hotline but by the time they answered it was dead. It had a collar on that said Julie 49504801. I don’t think this is a phone number otherwise I would call it. The cat is currently located on the grass by 7820 SE Clackamas Road, Milwaukie, 97267. Rest In Peace you sweet animal. I am in tears. To whoever this cat belonged to I am so sorry for your loss.
