Join the team at Home Appliances Sales & Service as we take a deep dive into the Essentials of French Cooking! Shock your family, friends and loved ones as you show off your new found skills in the kitchen. Our menu will consist of: French 75 Cocktail tutorial, served with a Crostini Appetizer Green Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette Baked Chicken in Tarragon Cream Sauce Served with Herbed Farro Creme Brûlée *Food will be prepared and then the class will enjoy a generous tasting. Participants are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during class. Our classes are a combination of both hands-on and demo-style learning. Because we are working in a group, we assure you that your instructor will be masked while handling food and ask that students wear a mask when they are not tasting.
