Commercial General Contractor specializing in Retail and Hospitality Tenant Improvement and Renovations for over 30 years. Headquartered in Vancouver, WA seeking Project Superintendent in Bellingham, WA. Selected applicant will have 5 years of experience supervising Restaurant and/or Retail TI, Renovations and Remodels. Ground-up experience is a bonus. Must have the ability to effectively manage Paperwork, Scheduling and Subcontractors, total commitment to Job Safety, Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction. Will need to provide references from Previous Employers, Owners and Subcontractors regarding recent projects Requirements: Computer literate - proficient in excel, word and project Excellent oral and written communication skills including email and fax Strong organizational and time management skills Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license Drug screening Compensation package dependent upon education and experience.
