Join us for Shrove Tuesday - also known as "Pancake Day" - as we join together to welcome the 40 days of Lent.
Shrove Tuesday, also known as Pancake Day, is the last day before the period of Lent. It is traditional on this day to eat pancakes! How great is that?! Celebrated the day before Ash Wednesday, Shrove Tuesday "Pancake Day" is the final day before the 40-day period of Lent begins. Shrove comes from Germanic Old English "shrive" which means to absolve.
We will meet in North Hall and all food will be prepared and pre-packaged by Dimitri's Diner here in Ridgefield.
You will be asked to wear a mask while inside North Hall, removing it to eat once seated.
If there is another family you feel comfortable sitting with while eating, please fill in the family's name during registration.
If you would like to participate but not stay for the event, please register for Pick-up Only.
This is also a great opportunity for families to help! Sign up to decorate, help serve or clean up by checking the box during registration.
Please feel free to invite friends and family to join in the fun. All who attend MUST register.
