The 2022 HOF Class will include: * Wardell Jeffries (McLain Class of 1968) * Jamiliah (O'neal) Carter (McLain Class of 1991) *  Earl Jones (McLain Class of 1989) * Members of the McLain 1967 State Championship Baseball Team The induction dinner and ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, in the Sunflower Ballroom of Osage Casino and Hotel, McLain High School was opened at its current location on North Peoria Avenue in 1959, making it (then and now) the northernmost high school in the Tulsa Public Schools district. Its namesake at the time, was the recently deceased Raymond S. McLain, an Oklahoma City "entrepreneur, civic leader, and soldier" whose career with the Oklahoma National Guard and the US Army spanned almost four decades. McLain High graduated its first class of seniors in 1961. McLain High School is currently classified as a 4A school by the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association and has won six state championships.McLain plays home football games at Melvin Driver Stadium, named for McLain's Hall of Fame coach who led the Scots to three state titles in the 1970s and 80s.
