Jam in Anacortes on March 19, 2022! I have a public meeting space booked already but need to know the interest level before going ahead with plans. Please email as soon as possible with a little info about your bluegrass experience - instrument(s) played, lead vocal/harmony experience, knowledge of 3-chord (1, 4, 5) bluegrass standards and ability to play them in different keys. Beginners are welcome too as long as I can find a few folks with enough experience to be able to lead a song and help get a real bluegrass sound going. And I don't want to lead every song myself! I'm at about the intermediate level in bluegrass on guitar, and more advanced on vocals, especially doing harmony. I have about 6 years of experience in bluegrass jamming and band scrambles, and a lot of years before that doing jazz vocals, playing piano, singing in groups, etc. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! This will be fun! (If not, why would we be doing it?)
