6-week Group Health Coaching Program - goals, habits, healthy eating, exercise, stress management, meal planning, and so much more! Did you know the top two New Year's Resolutions revolve around exercise and eating healthier? A couple of the reasons people struggle to stick with their goals is that the goals they made were unrealistic or they don't have a network of support people to help them stay on track. We're excited to announce that starting January 20, 2022 we are hosting a 6-week Group Health Coaching Program! Throughout these 6 weeks, we will help you set realistic, achievable goals; we will teach you how to fuel your body properly regardless of what the popular diet of the moment is; we'll talk about exercise, stress management and self-care; plus so much more! Not only will you get all the tools you need to lead a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, but you'll also be a part of a group of people who will support you because they want to reach for more in their lives, just like you. You'll find support, a place to learn and grow, and people who can help you stay accountable to take the actions needed to create the life you've always wanted. We're thrilled to say that this will have an in person learning component! If you're not quite ready to be in a group setting yet, that's not a problem because you can also be part of the group by joining us via Zoom. We'll meet once a week through the 6 weeks at 6:30pm each Thursday evening. We'll have cooking and fitness demos, and a ton of content to help set you up for success.
