In this class you will learn the techniques on how to re-purpose clothes to create a new wardrobe for yourself! Sat., Mar. 12, 11 am-3 pm / $99 / One Class All supplies are included in class fee. Instructor: Rosie Kovacs Sew Valley: 1010 Hulbert Ave., Cincinnati Re-do your wardrobe this season with what you already own! Reduce your carbon footprint, say no to fast fashion brands, single use tees, and learn to make new clothes out of old ones. With old tee shirts from your closet you'll learn some basic techniques for giving your wardrobe a refresh. You can bring a friend and make a “bestie split tee” and go home with a shared new shirt style. Or come solo and re-work some of your favorite old vintage threads. Supplies to bring: 4-6 old tee shirts About Your Instructor Rosie Kovacs Co-founder, CEO of Sew Valley Rosie Kovacs is co-founder of Sew Valley. She holds a degree in fashion design from UC DAAP. Rosie has created an opportunity to help other designers and entrepreneurs build their brands and provided education and training.
