Booty Bootcamp is an hour long circuit style class where ladies will learn some of the MoFitness way to work that boo-tay!
Ladies will learn about how to warm up and work everyone’s favorite muscle group; THE GLUTES!
The class will run 1 hour long and will cover glute activation as well as weight and resistance training; including deadlifts, glute bridge, hip thrusts, squats and more…
All fitness levels welcome! Bring water, a yoga matt, and a friend! 🔥
