Production Team Member - All Shifts for Automotive Headliner Manufacturer Location: Holland, MI NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we will train Upward opportunities available long term! Follow standardized work as trained Visual inspection & label parts Chance to participate in improvement idea program Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS: Must have the ability to read and interpret written policies, procedures and instructions Comfortable to work with computers Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodation REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED, preferred not required Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility, preferred not required Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day). Employees will occasionally lift a maximum of 30 lbs.
