Special Beer and Chocolate Tastings - Hosted by Millyard Brewery and Loon Chocolate Beer and Chocolate - A Match Made in Heaven!Join us for this very special event at Millyard Brewery in Nashua. Meet the head brewer from Millyard Brewery and the head chocolatier from Loon Chocolate. Learn about the similarities between crafting beer and chocolate and how the combination can create some amazing unexpected combinations!  Imagine MYB's Boott Porter with the delicious richness of Loon Chocolate's Caribbean Kiss with hints of milk chocolate, shaved coconut and ground ginger!  Or one of MYBs three IPAs paired with a Loon Chocolate Maine Sea Salt! This 70% dark chocolate brings a taste of course Maine sea salt! Our Pale Ale and Beached IPA would be perfect with Loon Chocolate's Rainbow Crunch! Made with milk chocolate and fruity cereal, it's like a bowl of cereal, only better!  Tickets are only $12 and attendees to the special event will be entered into a drawing for a Chocolate and Beer gift basket! Choose 4 beers and we will pair them with a piece of chocolate from Loon Chocolate that both complements and contrasts the beer! You will learn about the flavor profiles of the beers and the chocolate and how to properly taste the combination! Headquartered in Manchester creates small batch Chocolate. At Loon Chocolate, they work with only ETHICAL TRADERS who import cacao beans (cocoa beans) from SMALL FARM GROWERS shipped to us raw. After HAND SORTING only the finest beans they roast, shell and STONE GRIND our beans for over 72 hours and blend with ORGANIC sugar with a touch of organic coco butter.
