To board the boats, walk down the stairs to river-level and head towards the red tunnel. Boarding will be located just under the bridge. Parking Parking is not included. Please plan accordingly as downtown events experience higher than normal traffic. *No outside food or drinks allowed. *No pets allowed, except service animals. *Event is rain or shine.
