Winthrop welcomes mayor John Gettys and others for a night of networking, discussion, and insight into the economic future of Rock Hill.
This event will take place in Richardson Ballroom on Winthrop University’s campus, giving students and community members the opportunity to hear from three speakers who will discuss South Carolina's job and economic outlook over the next five years. The speakers are: Dr. P.N. Sakesena, Dean of the College of Business; Dean Faile, CEO of the York County Chamber of Commerce, and John Gettys, Mayor of Rock Hill. Nina Grant from the Career Services Office will also lead a networking session.
