Madison will be teaching a Deep Stretch & Mobility Flow. This approach will use a combination of yoga influenced movements. Enjoy some bubby throughout this light-hearted flow. Each position uses a static stretch followed by mobile movements. This class will utilize body weight and props to deepen muscular flexibility and widen range of motion. Come enjoy your Sunday with us with a flow, bubbly and community!
