Reiki Level 1 Attunement is a process that attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel Reiki energy to yourself and others A level 1 attunement will allow you to: *Self-healing & Heal others *Cleanse your environment *Release negative energy from an object or place *Positively charge food and drinks Reiki level 2 attunement is more subtle and higher vibration than Reiki level 1, as it further opens the chakras and increases the energy flow in your bodies. It mostly works on the mental and emotional bodies and areas that need to be cleared or resolved so that you can progress and move on in life.
