I desperatly need help with paying for dumped kittens

Someome dumped two kittens off i live in middle of nowhere and saw two little barely 5 week old kittens in my driveway it looked like theybwere both missing a eye but i looked closer and its a horrible infection i can afford one but not the other and it will get put down if i say i cant afford it and surrender it. The eye needs to be cleaned and mpst likely removed but the vet will know more i already applied for assistance anything helps my cash ap is $tashcash69. Thank you
