My stepfather has an almost 9-year-old pitbull mix that he is now unable to take care of. My stepfather has had two strokes and I recently and sadly found out that the dog has not been getting the basic care that he needs anymore. He's been an outside dog almost his whole life. If any is interested or knows a solution for this dog please let me know. Thank you
