This Year's Black History Month Marketplace & Black Film Festival will mark our 3rd annual celebration of those who are not only making black history but are telling our story! Additionally, we are happy to announce GREENBOOK of TAMPA BAY is officially apart of the Indie Noir Collective! We will be collecting donations to support our new collaboration efforts to keep black businesses flourishing! Come out and shop 12 local black owned vendors in our Indie Noir Marketplace Experience from 12-4pm | FOOD + MUSIC+VENDORS | Short films will begin at 2pm!
