Press release from the University of Delaware: Article by the Office of the Vice President and University Secretary February 09, 2022 President Dennis Assanis to speak on the state of the University John Cochran, chair of the Board of the University of Delaware, has called a special meeting of the Board of Trustees, to be held at 9 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 16, via Zoom and broadcast on UDLive. The special meeting is open to the public. At the meeting, President Dennis Assanis will present an update on the state of the University and an update on the strategic planning process. In keeping with Section 1.3.3.1 of the Bylaws, discussion at the meeting will be confined to the topics listed on the posted agenda. The agenda for the special meeting is available online. Draft minutes of the meeting will be made available on the Board of Trustees website no later than March 1, 2022.
