WESTPORT, CT — Police are looking for a 21-year-old Westport man last seen in town over the weekend. In a news release, Police Lt. Matthew Gouveia said Anthony Cochrane was last seen entering Romanacci restaurant Sunday around 3:45 p.m. after being dropped off near the Saugatuck Train Station. Cochrane's family told police he was catching a train and may have been headed to New York City or Washington, D.C., however it is not confirmed he has left the area, Gouveia said. Police describe Cochrane as approximately 6 feet and 2 inches tall with short brown hair and weighing roughly 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing black jeans, a black puffy North Face jacket and a Patagonia backpack containing camera equipment. "Due to the length of his absence and the family's lack of communication with him, they are concerned for his well-being," Gouveia said in a news release. Anyone with information regarding Cochrane's whereabouts is asked to call the Westport Police Department immediately at 203-341-6000.
