Barrel Aged Beer Dinner You don't need a made up corporate holiday to treat yourself to Fancy Beers and a Steak Dinner! Our Chefs have paired 3 scratch-made courses utilizing as much local flavor and ingredients as possible in each dish then cooked and served with their corresponding barrel aged beer (listed below). This is the final tapping of the remaining 2021 barreled beers and we couldn't be more delighted to pair them with the immense skill our chefs have shown. As a Bonus, this will also be the last opportunity to purchase any of the bottles at a 20% discount as we are down to a single box of each left. 4:00 - Check in, find seats, and Aperitif. 5:00 - Announcement of first course and service. 5:45 - Announcement of Main course and service 6:30 - Announcement of Dessert and service -MENU- Aperitif: "The Ambassador - Old Fashioned" Imperial IPA aged in a cherry brandy cask. abv 9.5% ibu 100 -First course: vichyssoise soup and raspberry salad a delicious bisque enhanced with smoked French oak featuring a root vegetable medley, topped with flaky delicious smoked salmon served with a mix of greens tossed in a raspberry vinaigrette then topped with walnuts, cranberry, red onion, and a mild blue cheese crumble paired with "Death’s Inheritance: Raspberry Wheat Wine" aged in a fresh char French Oak cask. abv 9% ibu 15 -Second course: dry aged steak with rabbit confit tian and a parsnip puree dry aged steak prepared sous vide medium rare and seared to perfection, with rabbit confit tian; a medley of vegetables layered and cooked with slow roasted palmer raised rabbit confit served with a parsnip puree topped with bacon and garlic compound butter paired with "Gobblesquatch: Blonde Barleywine" aged in a cask-strength Wild Turkey barrel. abv17% ibu 25 -Final course: lemon curd tartlet a miniature personal lemon tart with a flaky shortbread crust and tangy lemon curd, served with a side of sweet and rich strawberry citrus semifreddo, and a little cheesecake stuffed strawberry paired with "Soul Sucking Sour: strawberry gose" aged in a single use pomegranate cider cask. abv 5.5% ibu 5
