We are looking to re-home our male Indian Ringneck parrot. He is two years old. He doesn’t talk much or care to really be loved on actually. He loves other birds and will give them kisses. He does not have his wings clipped so he can fly. He is a good bird he just doesn’t want to be held much. He is loud. So please don’t contact me if you don’t like the noise.
