WEST COVINA, CA — A man who suffers from seizures went missing over the weekend in West Covina, police say. Steven Anthony Montez, 49, was last known to be in the 200 block of Citrus Street West about 4 a.m. Sunday, according to police. Montez is Hispanic, 5 feet 5, about 185 pounds, and has brown eyes. He is bald and has a large scar on the top of his head. He was wearing a gray sweater, a blue Los Angeles Dodgers T-shirt, jeans and white shoes. "He suffers from seizures and recently had brain surgery," an official statement said. "His family is very concerned for his well-being."
