GERMANTOWN, MD — A woman reported missing in Germantown was last seen walking on the 11600 block of Queen Nicole Terrace around 9 a.m. Tuesday, and Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help to find her. Jessica Chavez, 30, is 5-foot-8 and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing pink owl print pajamas, a gray jacket, a white winter hat and gloves when she was last seen, Montgomery County Police said. Her family is worried for her wellbeing.
