Press release from the City of Aberdeen: February 9, 2022 - 3:47pm Tomorrow Thursday, 2/10/22 beginning at 8:00am our sewer crew will be cleaning and inspecting the sewer main that runs behind houses on the 600 block of Law St and Walker St.  This cleaning operation has the unlikely potential to cause sewer water or odor to enter the home.  Residents may also hear the sound of our equipment in their drains.  This is normal.  As a precaution, they should keep their toilet lids closed and they may experience a slight odor if there are unused drains within the house.  Our staff will take every precaution to prevent any disturbances as they work in the area.
