The Kathleen Area Historical Society is having their 31st annual Heritage Day Festival on Saturday, March 19th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. This is the time to hear good music, taste southern style breakfast and lunch, see old time craft demonstrations, buy locally made craft items, take part in an old fashioned cake walk, see our Pioneer Life exhibit in our barn, participate in children's activities, purchase home made jams, jellies and desserts, learn about amateur radios, Buffalo Soldiers and more, participate in our silent auction, see the beautiful Amish hand-made quilt that you could win, and much, much more.
