Basketball Quarterfinals Tournament Ahead For Chatham Girls

CHATHAM, NJ — Chatham High School's girls basketball team is heading to the county's quarterfinal tournament on Saturday versus Jefferson Township High School, according to NJ.com. The Chatham Cougar girls team took the first round game from Kinnelon High School on Feb. 5, 52-31. They face Jefferson on Saturday in the quarterfinal round at Morris Knolls High School. Morris Catholic and Pequannock High Schools are also competing in a separate game on Saaturday at Morris Knolls during the quarterfinals. The two winning quarterfinal teams are scheduled to face one other in the semifinal round at County College of Morris on Feb. 18. Chatham's boys basketball team competed in the first round against West Morris Central High School on Feb. 5, with West Morris taking the game, 66-55. Questions or comments about this story?
