Description
We are looking for an organized Business Office Manager with Customer Service experience who will be overseeing all business office functions. This organized individual will direct the overall accounting activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Payroll, Accounts payables and accounts receivables.
- Customer Service via telephone and email.
- Set up and maintain customer and vendor files.
- Other office duties.
Work Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word- Proven ability in critical thinking, analyzing and solving problems- Strong organizational, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Be familiar with Quickbooks Software
Work 20 - 30 hours week between the hours of 10 am - 5:00 pm.
