The democrats did not call for defunding the police. It was BLM. The democrats just bought into it, and a few black politicians and the squad promoted it. The democrats in turn also went lenient on crime and the criminals as you most likely well know. It plays a significant part in the degrading of our society. BLM, antifa, activists, some pro sports players, social justice warriors, some CEO's, virtue signalers, liberals, woke and CRT promoters, and peaceful protesters contribute to the degradation of society as well as we all have seen. Thanks to all of these, America has turned into a cesspool of crap.
